Scope of the Framework
The framework covers a wide array of services, primarily including:

Fire remediation works: Removal and replacement of unsafe cladding systems, fire stopping, compartmentation, intumescent works, fire door upgrades, etc.

Structural repairs: Reinforcement or rectification of compromised structural elements due to design defects, degradation, or safety issues.

Building fabric improvements: Repairs or replacement of roofing, windows, insulation, and external wall systems where related to safety or compliance.

Associated consultancy: Including fire risk assessments, façade and structural surveys, project management, clerk of works, and principal designer services.

Key Objectives
Support urgent and planned remediation activity with highly competent, accredited contractors and consultants.

Ensure regulatory compliance with evolving fire safety and building regulations (e.g. Building Safety Act, Fire Safety (England) Regulations).
