Elkins Construction is an independent, multidisciplinary contractor delivering high quality refurbishment, roofing, construction and maintenance projects across London and the South East. Established in 1963 as a family-run roofing business in South London, we have grown into a trusted delivery partner for local authorities, housing associations and public sector clients.

Our operations span four core divisions:
Refurbishment – Internal and external upgrades including cladding remediation, window replacements, FRA works and estate improvements.
Construction – A wide range of new build and complex refurbishment projects delivered through both traditional and modern methods, supporting housing, education and community infrastructure.
Roofing – Planned and reactive works delivered by our specialist in-house team drawing on over six decades of experience.
Minor Works and Responsive Repairs – Delivered by our own tradesmen, this service provides agile, fast-turnaround refurbishments, M&E works and urgent callouts.

We are highly experienced in delivering projects in live, occupied environments where safety, communication and resident liaison are key. Our teams provide consistent quality and programme certainty across framework and estate-wide schemes.
