Established in 1994, AJS Ltd has grown into a trusted and accredited provider of building safety solutions, specialising in remediation works, passive and active fire safety systems, and compliance-led delivery. With over 30 years of experience working with Local Authorities, Registered Providers, and public sector clients throughout London and the Home Counties, we have developed a reputation for delivering complex safety-critical works in occupied, sensitive environments.

Our expertise spans the full lifecycle of building remediation, including the design, installation, testing, maintenance, and commissioning of remediation works, fire alarms, AOVs, dry and wet risers, emergency lighting, passive fire protection, and gas suppression systems. We operate from multiple regional offices, including our HQ in Dagenham, and satellite hubs in Chelmsford, Croydon, Brentford, and Dartford, ensuring responsive service delivery and localised project support.

AJS is fully accredited to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001, and holds certifications from BAFE, NSI Gold, CHAS, Constructionline Gold, and Gas Safe, among others. Our in-house engineers deliver the majority of our services, supported by specialist supply chain partners for systems such as cladding, sprinklers and lightning protection.

Our systems and processes are fully aligned with the requirements of the Building Safety Act, including Gateway compliance, Regulation 38 handover obligations, and the maintenance of the “Golden Thread” of building information. We deliver remediation and fire safety programmes in occupied HRBs, collaborating closely with fire engineers, façade consultants, and client-side teams to ensure safe, compliant outcomes.
