We are a RICS regulated practice, established in 2009, and have evolved into a leading construction consultancy working in partnership with both the public and private sectors. As a multi-disciplinary practice, our construction management experience includes professional services for new-build housing, low-carbon retrofit, refurbishment and maintenance of social and affordable accommodation, commercial and industrial property, libraries, leisure and community buildings, educational and care facilities.

We are active providers of renewable energy and low-carbon technology consultancy services, including support and project management for all types of retrofit and renewable energy solutions including solar PV, internal and external wall insulation, high performance glazing installation, solar thermal, biomass, air-source and ground-source heat pumps and combined heat and power. Our approach includes practical advice at the earliest stages of a project, allowing sustainable solutions to be integrated into the design of a building from the outset.
We have an extensive building industry skills base, and in particular, a thorough knowledge and experience of building performance, building regulations and of all stages of BREEAM and EnerPHit sustainability assessments including new construction, refurbishment and in-use.
