Appello started operations in the autumn of 2014 following the union of Careline, Cirrus and Appello Telehealth, but our combined histories go back further than that… Our journey of supporting patients and residents with better care dates back to 24th June 1988 when we took our first emergency call. With a team of just five employees we were pioneers for emergency monitoring within the housing sector. Over the next decade as our business grew so did our team.
We are focused on transforming lives through Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS). At the heart of our service is the UK’s leading digital TECS monitoring centre. This delivers proactive and reactive monitoring and supports the health, safety and security of more vulnerable people than any other centre of its kind. We help housing, health and social care organisations to deliver better outcomes that improve the lives of their customers, patients and residents.
