Avanti Architects, established in 1981, is owned and run by six directors and two associates and based in one central London design studio.

Our objective is to provide a responsive, friendly and professional service, tailored to the requirements of each client and to deliver quality results regardless of commission size or type.

We seek to develop an architecture which serves the needs and aspirations of the building users, addresses its physical and cultural context and allows effective solutions for procurement and construction.

Our work includes all types of planning and design and our range of services extends from acting as consultants, providing strategic advice on development, regeneration and conservation, to providing full architectural services for building projects from inception to completion.

At the heart of our mission statement is our commitment to the social principles on which the company was first formed, together with an emphasis on sustainable communities and architecture.

Today we have a broad and balanced portfolio of work principally in health, education, mixed use, housing and conservation but also in commercial and leisure, with project sizes ranging from £1 million to £250 million
