Formed in 1986, Axis is one of the largest providers of refurbishment, built structure and fabric services in London, the South East and Midlands, with turnover in excess of £350 million. Our measured growth is testament to our commitment to client satisfaction.

Axis delivers property repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services to some of the largest providers in the social housing sector, from long-term asset management contracts to remediation works, specialist fire risk assessment and fire stopping retrofit programmes. We also provide fabric maintenance to corporate, commercial, education, high-end residential and heritage properties.

Bluelight clients include Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade. We also work with NHS Trusts, Credit Suisse, CBRE, the Honourable Societies of Lincoln’s Inn and Gray’s Inn, and Crown Estates.
