Founded: 1964 by Wallace Binder, initially starting with concrete products before expanding into drainage and wastewater services. Now includes the third generation of the family at director level.

Location: Progress Works, Old Ipswich Road, Claydon, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 0AG.

Core Services: Septic tank and sewage treatment plant emptying (tankering), wastewater processing, equipment sales, installation, servicing and maintenance. Currently discharging up to 350m³ of treated effluent into the nearby watercourse to strict environment agency consent from our fully licensed wastewater treatment works.

Scale: Employs 130 staff and serves a community of over 30,000 domestic and commercial clients primarily across East Anglia and the broader UK.
Accreditations: Operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards and holds Environment Agency environmental permits/licences. Recently been awarded the Royal Warrant by His Majesty the King as a wastewater specialist to the Royal Household.
