Boulevard Construction was established as a limited company in October 2023. The business has a solid foundation, from which it has continued to grow from strength to strength.

Boulevard Construction was established by a team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in all aspects of design, planning, safety and construction. Our team have years of knowledge and skills from working on mixed-use development sites from the planning stage through to practical completion. This deep-rooted experience provides the ability to tackle a wide range of projects, ensuring speed, quality, and precision at every step.

We employ experienced teams with mainly residential experience to underpin this business model. We also have an agile and efficient overhead structure and few peripheral services that must be priced into jobs. As a consequence, we can offer value for money in our bids and confidence in our ability to deliver what we say we can.

We have an open and collaborative approach to contracting, with every project having direct input from the company directors.
