Countrywide Grounds Maintenance Ltd was formed in 1986 and incorporated in 1993. We have evolved from our roots as a small, Manchester-based company to a national company with 45 Regional Offices located throughout in England, Scotland and Wales, supported by over 650 dedicated staff.

We currently maintain approximately 15,000 sites nationwide and have an annual turnover of over £40 million. Our customers operate in many sectors including commercial, industrial, local and central government, utilities, education, heritage, environment and the emergency services. Our contract values vary from £2,000 to £2,000,000 per annum.

We are ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accredited, CHAS Advance, Constructionline Gold and SafeContractor approved and are a certified Upper Tier Waste Carrier and Dealer with the Environment Agency. Also, we are members of BALI (British Association Of Landscape Industries) and GMA (Grounds Management Association).
