Downwell Enabling Limited provides Demolition, Decommissioning, Civils Enabling works, Asbestos Removal, Scaffold Services, Fire Protection, and Land Remediation within all sectors. Trading since 2003 and with offices in West Thurrock and Dartford, our ethos is to promote collaborative working with our clients to develop smart, value engineered solutions, providing real efficiencies across a wide and varied customer base. We are socially aware and environmentally conscious contractor, seeking to ensure that our activities deliver a positive impact on local communities, and offer environmental benefit through robust circular economy compliance.
Through the provision of excellent of customer service the business has grown steadily since commencement, as has our capability and capacity to deliver larger more complex projects. Our works to date range in value from £5,000.00 to in excess of £9,000,000.00, and we employ 65 members of staff.
We are NFDC Members, are an Environment Agency Registered Waste Carrier and operate in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 standards to ensure continuity and quality of service. Other memberships and accreditations include; Building Confidence, CHAS – Elite Assured (CAS), Constructionline (Gold), FORS (Gold), CLOCS and SafeContractor.
