Led by a senior team with extensive main contracting experience, ESS is dedicated to delivering safe, sustainable, high-quality homes that meet all regulatory requirements. We address the growing demand for regeneration, compliance, and remediation works, offering services such as compliance audits, surveys, planned maintenance, and full building safety remediation—ranging from recladding to internal safety upgrades aligned with the latest regulations.

Recent projects include Mullins Place, where ESS replaced non-compliant cladding systems, insulation, membranes, and balconies with fully compliant alternatives, alongside internal fire-door repairs and fire-safety checks. At the East Village project in London, ESS acted as Principal Contractor to deliver fire-safety remediation on occupied residential and commercial buildings, replacing cladding, insulation, balconies, and soffits with compliant systems.
