Established in 1998, we have built a reputation for reliability and quality, delivering comprehensive property solutions for our partners in the public and private sectors.

We have a strong focus on delivering high-quality complex, large-scale projects nationwide from the Northwest to the South Coast, meeting the needs of our clients and the community. We have steadily grown into one of the leading main contractors in the UK, now comprising over 150 staff across five specialist business units:

– Construction: New build and refurbishment projects, tailored design solutions, and in-house groundworks & civils expertise.

– Facades & Cladding: Turnkey facades & cladding remediation solutions from inception to completion.

– Planned Works: Property services & improvements, retrofit & decarbonisation, and FRA & compliance.

– Land Development: Sourcing, designing and developing residential, retail, and care facilities.

– Midlands & North: Regional offices in Leicester & Manchester specialising in cladding remediation, decarbonisation, fire safety, and planned works.
