Harella Projects is a newly established, independent property maintenance and refurbishment company specialising in the delivery of high-quality works and services within the social housing sector. Although Harella Projects is a new business, our management and operational team collectively bring over 20 years of practical experience within property maintenance, refurbishment and construction. This combination of a fresh, customer-focused organisation with extensive industry knowledge enables us to provide a professional, reliable and responsive service to clients.

Our core services cover a broad range of social housing maintenance and refurbishment requirements, including kitchen and bathroom works, roofing repairs, painting and decorating, general and small repairs, fencing, brickwork and associated property maintenance. Our multi-skilled approach allows us to respond effectively to both planned and reactive requirements and provides clients with a single, dependable contractor for a wide range of property-related works.

Harella Projects currently operates primarily across the South of England and has established its business around the principles of quality workmanship, reliability, communication, health and safety and customer satisfaction. As a small business with a team of approximately 10 staff, we are able to maintain a hands-on approach to contract delivery and provide clients with direct access to management. This allows decisions to be made quickly and issues to be addressed without unnecessary layers of administration.

We understand that working within social housing requires more than simply completing a repair or refurbishment. Our teams recognise the importance of treating residents respectfully, protecting residents’ homes and possessions, maintaining safe working environments and minimising disruption. We aim to deliver works right first time, communicate clearly with residents and clients, and leave properties clean, safe and ready for occupation.

Harella Projects is CHAS accredited and registered with Constructionline, demonstrating our commitment to appropriate standards of health and safety, competency and responsible business practices.

Our long-term objective is to develop sustainable relationships with housing associations, local authorities and other social housing providers by consistently delivering dependable, high-quality services. We believe our size is a strength: it enables us to remain flexible, responsive and approachable while drawing upon more than two decades of industry experience.
