Hulley & Kirkwood Consulting Engineers Limited is a multi award winning practice dealing exclusively in the design of M&E Engineering Services in Buildings. We comprise one of the largest and strongest Specialist Independent M&E Practices with 122 personnel in Offices throughout the UK.

We are distinctively different from other Practices having evolved a strong management ethos to strive always to provide excellence in delivery of professional services, our primary aim being to always provide a high quality professional service in support of our Clients and Professional Colleagues.

In addition to traditional M&E design capabilities, we are able to offer our Clients the following services:-

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) : Provision of EPCs for both new build and existing non-domestic buildings throughout the UK.

BREEAM Assessments : We are able to deliver in-house provision of Retail, Courts, Prisons, Bespoke, Offices, Education, Higher Education, Industrial, In-Use, Healthcare and Code for Sustainable Homes/ Ecohomes BREEAM assessments.

Low Carbon Consultants : We employ Low Carbon Consultants throughout the Company and also Low Carbon Energy Assessors.

Building Regulations Compliance : We are able to produce Compliance documents for both Part L (England and Wales) and Section 6 (Scotland).
