Our UK Senior Living and Care studio offers experience and innovation in all areas of designing for seniors from bespoke architectural, interiors, landscape and urban design
solutions to research and innovation and product development. We provide all services in house which enables us to provide a seamless service to our clients.

Our current projects include extra care and intergenerational housing schemes, for private and public sector clients such as Midland Heart, Preferred Homes and Grwp Cynefin and large retirement villages for private developers such as Eric Wright Group and Spacious Places. Our clients and projects are located across the country, with current projects in Lancashire, London, North Wales, South Wales, Berkshire and Cornwall.

Our Studio drives innovation globally through authoring seminal guidance, contributing to expert working groups and investing in evidence-based research. Our research has led to bespoke design tools, including Sense Sensitive Design for the Aged, and we are active in the development of products for this sector in partnership with renowned suppliers, such as Tarkett.

We have the capacity and experience in designing and delivering Extra Care Apartments, Care Homes, Retirement Villages, from initial feasibility studies, programming, architecture
and interior design, contract documents, specifications, contract administration, financial monitoring and post occupancy reviews.

All our projects are initiated and completed in BIM, which enables us to improve the design quality and co-ordination and achieve time efficiencies that can be passed onto our clients as reduced fees.
