Ilyrian Construction are a family run business and specialise in local authority works having worked in this sector since the company was formed in 2016, we have successfully completed a variety of high volume and high value projects for clients over the years including decent homes upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms, void works, planned maintenance, roofing repairs and re roofs including structural works, windows and door installation one offs and programmed works, recently we have entered into damp and condensation work streams, complex structural repairs – wall ties, heli bar installation and underpinning. we are also accredited to considerate constructors, iso9001, Constructionline, CHAS, Gas safe, firass,
BM trada. we also offer bespoke joinery services along with box sash windows, casement windows accredited to Certass and scaffolding of any size required from TG20 full design outside TG20 as required. Ilyrian construction are and have been principal contractors on large tendered refurbishments that we have won competitively through tender opportunities, projects mainly consist of structural works, full refurbishment’s through out and conversion of four storey Victorian properties located in London we have seen the works throughout from start to completion.

KPI’S set by clients are always adhered to along with budgetary requirements and specifications, quality control is provided in house checking before works are handed over. we have a good track record with our clients and look to form new working relationships with new clients and look to provide the best possible service across all aspects of work streams we have the opportunity to work on.
