We are a Health and Safety Consultancy with a major basis towards Property Compliance Management. We have evolved from the Construction industry, and because of that background we have a good and thorough working knowledge and understanding of buildings.
During the last eight years our business focus has been very much on Fire Risk Management. Not just fire risk assessments
including Types 1,2,3 and 4, but also Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Inspections, Building Plan Drawings, Fire Strategy and Project Management.
Whilst we conduct our Assessments and Surveys we are also able to offer an extra over service, that is to compile a schedule of the remedial works required to make that particular property, compartment or door compliant with current regulations. That specification is suitable and sufficient to be passed to a Building Contractor with the correct accreditation,
to enable them to provide a quotation to the end client. This process cuts out the need for extra site visits, and hence reduces costs.
We also offer Project Management services, this includes, where required, the ability to go to market with the agreed scope of works and conduct a mini tender process with a number of contractors nominated by the client. Assisting in the selection process of the winning contractor, and over seeing the works from start to final sign off.
The final piece of the jigsaw is for us to complete a full Quality Assessment and project sign off, ensuring all works are completed to current regulations and standards.
