Jigsaw Conferences Ltd (Jigsaw) has specialised in Temporary, Planned and Emergency Accommodation since 2011, supporting Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the UK. We work with organisations of all sizes, from regional providers with fewer than 800 homes to G15 members managing over 100,000 properties. Our reliability and care are reflected in client retention above 90% and strong feedback from residents and bookers.

In 2025, JC delivered over 6,000 placements across decants, emergencies and group moves. Our UK-based team operates 24/7, with average response times of 42 minutes in working hours and 17 minutes out of hours, helping residents access safe, suitable accommodation without delay.

Every placement is tailored to the household, considering accessibility, mobility, cultural needs, security and proximity to schools, work and support networks. From pet-friendly apartments and transport to grab rails and specialist beds, we provide flexible solutions.

Our UK-wide network includes:

Suppliers undergo rigorous checks covering safety certification, insurance, fire risk assessments and applicable food hygiene ratings. Hotels are also reviewed against AA standards. JC holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2017, Cyber Essentials and SafeSupplier accreditations, demonstrating our commitment to quality, information security and compliance. Proactive risk management supports uninterrupted service.

Each client has trained Account Managers, supported by our Head of Accommodation and Operations Director, providing continuity and clear escalation routes. During major emergencies and group decants, additional trained staff are deployed to maintain service quality.

Wraparound services include transport, meal vouchers, removals and storage, giving clients one point of contact throughout the resident journey. Real-time reporting, weekly management information and bespoke KPI monitoring provide transparency over expenditure, trends and outcomes.
