Lift & Engineering Services Ltd is an established lift company with over 40 years’ trading experience. We design, maintain, refurbish, repair and service all types of lifts and DDA equipment.
We have approx. 65 directly employed PAYE staff and engineers. Our Managers and Staff have various professional qualifications or appropriate NVQ. Lift engineers are qualified to relevant NVQ levels and trained to deliver servicing to all makes and uses of lifts. Our in-house training department work closely with the engineering and operational teams to ensure their knowledge is up-to-date through an annual training programme. All of our work is in line with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act and the Construction Design & Management Regulations as well as LEIA guidelines and Industry Regulations training program.

We offer bespoke contracts ensuring lifts remain in an operational condition, provide a reliable service and ensuring safety legislation is maintained. Our proactive, planned and preventative maintenance involves a programme of service visits intended to prevent breakdowns and keep the lift running and in excellent condition, whilst pre-planning for any foreseeable repairs. Engineers are supported by Technicians able to work on closed protocol lifts.
Our Construction division based at Cradley Heath design, manufacture and install our own brand lifts for a range of uses, serving both commercial and public needs which include passenger, goods and bed/passenger uses. We can provide new lifts to be installed in a new or empty lift shafts or to replace/ refurbish existing installations.
Whatever your requirements – hydraulic lifts, traction lifts or Machine Room Less (MRL) lifts. Our own engineers can undertake the installation and testing work to meet your bespoke requirements.
Our health and safety culture is based around ensuring that near misses, incidents and accidents do not happen in the first place, by having a proactive health and safety culture.
