M.H. Goldsmith & Sons Ltd is a long-established family firm, incorporated in 1973 and trading for many years prior to that date. To date we have laid hundreds of thousands of square metres of roof coverings, to a wide range of clients on time, without fuss or disruption. These clients include many local authorities and multi-national companies.

Built-Up Flat Felt Roofing
We can provide high performance felt waterproof roofing within our customer’s budgets.
We can provide Climate Control Insulated Roofing to deal with part L, small or major projects.
In order for us to enable a suitable system that meets our client’s needs and requirements, we will carry out an on-site survey and inspection. Then, if required a written report can be provided.
Sheeting and Cladding
As we currently concentrate our professional skills within the flat roofing industry, we can only offer sheeting and cladding works on a selective basis, where flat roofing projects are involved. In these circumstances we can offer various repairs to sheeting, cladding and skylights, including resealing and replacements
Liquid Applied Systems
Where there is a danger of fire, or access due to plant location of a particular project, we can provide the following Liquid Applied Systems from normal bituminous coatings to high performance Elastromeric Applied Systems.
Guttering
We are able to offer essential guttering works for both small and major projects. Our expertise includes the repairs and renewal of external guttering, for UPVC, Half Round and Deep Flow, plus Cast Iron Guttering. We will use a tried and tested sealant on repairs, Flintlock Concrete Guttering Complete Sealant.
At the core M.H.Goldsmith & Sons is highly trained and multi disciplined team, we not only supply first-rate roofing service but are qualified to undertake asbestos surveys to The Health and Safety Executive’s Standard MDH100. We are fully certified in all aspects of asbestos removal, with an attention to safety, quality and cost-effectiveness that is second to none.
