Martin Arnold is an award-winning multidisciplinary practice with 140+ consultants, associates and directors.

Since our inception, over 25 years ago, we have been providing construction consultancy services to a broad client base of public sector organisations and private developers. We work across London, the Midlands and the South East. Our multidisciplinary teams regularly deliver high quality new build developments and asset management projects, many of which have been recognised through industry awards. This includes projects within the residential, education, leisure and commercial sectors.

We are members of and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and we are ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 accredited. Our team members hold a number of other qualifications and memberships with professional bodies including Retrofit Coordination (PAS2035), Certified Passivhaus Design, Association for Project Safety, Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and Institution of Fire Engineers.

Across every facet of our work, health and safety is a top consideration for us. We were the first multidisciplinary consultancy to be awarded Building a Safer Future Champion status by Dame Judith Hackitt, through the Building a Safer Future Charter.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptionally high levels of service for our clients with our mission statement being ‘to deliver service excellence’. In order to do this, we ensure that we employ competent and talented staff members whose skills are nurtured and developed. We have an excellent CPD programme which helps staff work towards professional qualifications, including gaining degrees and becoming Chartered with the RICS.
