Registered with Companies House as a Private Limited Company since 1996 further to registration as a sole trader in 1993, NRT Group has demonstrable experience of being commissioned by buyers in the public and private sectors to undertake high volume electrical works in commercial and domestic contexts including social housing. Our specialisms include EICRs, code fault rectifications, lateral and rising mains, emergency and communal lighting, and active fire safety. In December 2020, we established our NRT Eco division to offer renewable energy solutions including EV chargers, solar PV, battery storage and energy assessment services.

Our works are compliant with BS 7671:2018+A2:2022 and associated guidance notes, Part P of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and all relevant UK H&S legislation, including the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, the CDM Regulations 2015 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Our 2021-22 turnover was £12,761,319 and in the last five years we have expanded our portfolio of direct contracts through the bidding process. Our buyers include the London Borough of Lambeth, Haringey Council and Southern Housing Group. We have been proud to continue our relationships with Accent Housing, Canterbury City Council and Dover District Council further to retenders of our existing EICRs and Repairs contracts with these buyers in 2022.

We are a selected supplier on 29 Frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems including those managed by the South East Consortium, Procurement for Housing and Fusion21, and are sub-contracted by Principal Contractors including United Living to deliver high quality electrical solutions.

We directly employ 111 staff, including 79 qualified electricians and a SHEQ Advisor (MIET) / Senior BAFE Manager.
