Oakville Contractors Ltd is an established Brighton-based refurbishment contractor working across East and West Sussex. Founded in 2007 as a carpentry and joinery business, we have grown naturally to provide a broader range of refurbishment services while retaining the skilled workmanship and strong work ethic on which the company was built.

Our experience is rooted in social housing, where we have delivered extensive empty homes refurbishment programmes alongside kitchen and bathroom installations and other property improvement works. Over the years, we have worked with Brighton & Hove City Council, Lewes District Council, Arun District Council and Mears, building trusted relationships with local authorities and housing providers across the region.

We provide full and partial empty homes refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom installations and property clearances, along with the wider repairs and refurbishment work needed to bring each home up to standard. Each project is managed from initial inspection and planning through to completion and handover, with a focus on quality, clear communication and reliable delivery.

Our locally based direct labour workforce is supported by trusted specialist subcontractors, allowing us to bring together the right skills and resources for each project. We take pride in the standard of our work and in providing a practical, responsive service that reflects the individual needs of our clients and the homes and communities in which we work.

Our commitment to quality, environmental management, health and safety, and technical competence is supported by recognised industry accreditations. We are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, CHAS SSIP approved and registered with Constructionline. We are also an NICEIC Approved Contractor and Gas Safe registered.

Today, we continue to build on the experience gained since 2007, combining local knowledge, dependable delivery and genuine care for the quality of the homes we help to improve.
