PFL Electrical Ltd were founded in 2003 as an electrical company. PFL Electrical is a family-owned business with interests spanning the construction industry. Group turnover is in excess of £20m.

Following our establishment in 2003 as a construction firm specialising in delivering electrical works, PFL Electrical has grown to become an integrated construction company with particular experience in internal refurbishment, as well as fit outs and new builds.

Based in Maldon Essex, PFL Electrical has carried out numerous successful projects for Social Housing Providers throughout London and the South. Our most recent clients have included Lewisham Homes, Canterbury City Council, Salvation Army Housing Association,A2 Dominion, Barbergh & Mid Suffolk Councils, London Borough of Hillingdon and Housing Solutions.

Since 2003 PFL Electrical has grown to have an annual turnover for construction activities of over £20m and over 180 employees. Proud to be a successful, family owned, UK construction company, we’ve founded our success on our ability to be a listening organization, as a family-owned firm, we’re committed to working in partnership and understanding people’s needs.

Over the course of our history, PFL Electrical Limited has completed projects with a total value in excess of £50m since 2003 and has an order book in excess of £30m through to 2028.

One of the UK’s leading small sized main contractors, we are Quality Assured to ISO 9001 for our Quality Assured Management System, ISO 14001 for our Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 for Health and Safety. We are also Gold standard constructionline members.

Our main products and services continue to be providing the full range of solutions required by Housing Providers in the Public and Private Sectors, and range from electrical works to external building envelope and refurbishments, as well as internal upgrades.
