Zecure at a Glance

At Zecure, we provide a smartphone-based employee safety platform designed for organisations with lone, remote, mobile and field-based workers. Our platform combines an easy-to-use employee app with comprehensive management tools and an optional professionally monitored emergency response service.

Zecure is a product of PanicGuard Limited, a London-based safety technology company established in 2011.

What Our Platform Does

When an employee feels unsafe or encounters an emergency, they can quickly trigger an alert through the Zecure app. Depending on the organisation’s chosen setup, our platform can:

Share the employee’s live location.
Record audio and video evidence through their smartphone.
Notify nominated emergency contacts.
Send the incident to a 24/7 professional monitoring centre.
Escalate the situation to the emergency services when appropriate.

We also provide a range of features to support employees before, during and after a potential incident. These include journey tracking, meeting and safety timers, scheduled check-ins, incident reporting, mass employee communications and privacy controls.

Our Ghost Mode feature provides an additional layer of privacy by concealing an employee’s location from the standard management dashboard unless an emergency alert is activated.
