All our work is provided on a national basis. We have built a national reputation for award-winning excellent customer service and quality of delivery. As such, we were the largest installers of ASHP and Hybrid Heating Systems in the UK, installing 1500+ units in the year to December 2023.

PHS provides a range of installations and maintenance packages to suit all of our customers’ requirements including the following local authorities; Carlisle, Cumbria, Durham, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Herefordshire, Suffolk and Worcestershire etc, as well as multiple Housing Associations e.g., Bernicia, Gentoo, North Star, Railway Housing, Thirteen, amongst others.

We install in domestic residential properties across all types of housing stock including tower blocks, and provide mechanical and plant installations in non-residential buildings such as schools, offices and warehouses. This includes the provision of plant rooms and MVHR.

We have been appointed to provide Eco4 installations on a direct contract basis through to 2026 by multiple Obligated Utilities. We have in-house Retrofit capability which means we are a large provider on a large number of LAD Schemes for Local Authorities. Furthermore, we provide installations for multiple Energy Efficiency Decarbonisation schemes to include Local Authority, Social Housing: BUS, LAD, HUG. Alongside this, we have been appointed on multiple Frameworks, DPS and procurement mechanisms, such as Crown Commercial Service for UK installations as well as on the ‘Warmer Homes Scotland’ scheme.

We specialise in the provision of Energy Efficiency measures and have been installing for the Eco scheme for over 10 years with direct contracts with all the major (Big6) Utilities, generating £250m+ of Lifetime Savings during Eco.

At the heart of our service is a passionate workforce of directly employed engineers, all DBS checked. We have in-house experienced installation staff to include 145+ Gas Engineers, Electricians, Solar Teams, Insulation Teams, our own Surveyors, and all Retrofit Roles. Supporting this, we have our own Contact Centre with 60 FTE providing contract support and administration at our Head Office.
