Podium is a dynamic group of building surveyors with experience at all levels of the construction industry. We offer a full range of building surveying and professional services. Among them are major technical roles such as contract administration, employer’s agent role and general building surveying services such as stock condition surveys and heritage building surveys. We also carry out quantity surveying and as principal designer (HRB and CDM).

Podium LLP is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited company and has Constructionline and CHAS accreditation. Podium LLP is also ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited.

Our appointments range from small commissions, such as single surveys and party wall awards, through to the largest of schemes. Our largest appointment to date is being the lead designer for the multi-million retrofit and renovation of the Charlton Triangle group of estates in the London Borough of Greenwich. Podium Surveying LLP is also a specialist in conducting intrusive cladding surveys.

Our intelligence and agility mean we are able to offer a bespoke approach, unique to all of our clients. Podium’s surveying team carry out work for a diverse range of clients, including main contractors, sub-contractors, local authorities, registered providers, private developers and private individuals.
