PRP’s Development Consultancy offers expertise throughout the lifecycle of a building or development, from design to construction, occupation, and refurbishment. Our services include building adaptation and refurbishment, façade and defects remediation, fire safety consultancy, project management, health and safety, cost consultancy, and sustainability services.

Building Safety and the Regulatory Environment PRP provides up-to-date guidance and robust technical designs in the current regulatory environment. Since 2017, we have been Technical Advisors to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), offering strategic advice on fire safety, building regulations, and the Building for a Safer Future programme. We also support the Welsh Government with risk assessment and remediation of buildings. This work gives us valuable insight into emerging standards and strategic changes.
