Rand Associates have a combined wealth of experience gained from working with a large number of local authorities and housing associations across Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic Ireland. The vast majority of our assignments deal with housing maintenance and repairs.
We have two primary offices. Our Head office is in Reigate Surrey and our Northern office is on the Wirral. However, we also have a number of staff who are home based and work around the country for our clients.

We are the authors of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates with its associated Specialist SOR Modules which have been adopted by over 600 Housing Associations and Local Authorities as well as the Defence Infrastructure Organisation department of the Ministry of Defence.
We have unrivalled experience of procuring contracts in the social housing sector, whether this be with the NHMF Form of Contract which we developed, or other forms such as TPC and NEC.
We have developed our own portal, eTenders, for the secure management of procurement exercises. The site includes a secure registration process for contracts; distribution of tender documentation; messaging functionality for dealing with Q&A; online submission of tenders; email alerts and response management facilities to suppliers.
We have been providing surveying services to UK social landlords since the 1980’s and are proud to have the longest record of undertaking stock condition and associated surveys in the sector.
Around this core service we also carry out many other type of survey including Validations; Energy Performance Certificates; surveys to commercial and corporate buildings; Asbestos; and other compliance surveys.
We developed our iPad app eSurveys in response to efforts to streamline our own surveying activities. We now use the tool for all our stock condition and energy surveys and are developing it further to allow us to undertake other types of surveys, including those related to compliance
