rg+p was founded in Leicester in 1979 as an architectural practice specialising in public sector housing. It is now listed in the Architects’ Journal AJ100 and Building Magazine’s Top 150 Consultant list as a multidisciplinary practice with studios in Leicester, London and Birmingham. The studios are served by state-of-the-art IT systems, hosting a common computer network accessible remotely via VPN allowing us to operate in a holistic way. Projects can be operated from any studio, with administration and document control being handled centrally.

The residential sector accounts for most of our work. As well as affordable housing, we also design for national house builders, designing for private sale and build to rent, as well as student accommodation. Other sectors include retail, commercial and education. We regularly win national awards for our work.

Our highly skilled workforce numbers 102, spread between two departments offering the following services:
