Sitestone Surveying Ltd is a specialist surveying consultancy providing stock condition surveys, validation surveys, EPC reports, building fabric condition inspections, asset data capture and planned maintenance reporting for housing providers and public-sector clients.

We support clients by producing accurate, consistent and usable property data to inform asset management, investment planning, compliance decisions and maintenance priorities. Our work is focused on reliable survey outputs, clear reporting, quality assurance, tenant-sensitive working and meeting agreed deadlines.

We are experienced in working to client survey templates, recording property condition information consistently, identifying repair and investment priorities, and providing structured data that can support asset management systems, compliance monitoring and future planned works programmes.

The company is led by its directors, Luke Moreton and Daniel Moreton, who are involved in project delivery, quality assurance and client management. Sitestone Surveying can scale resources where required through trusted specialist surveying support.

We are also developing capability in damp and mould surveying, helping clients identify, record and report property condition issues that may affect residents, compliance obligations and planned maintenance programmes.
