Stace is an independent, multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy, delivering our services across the UK.

We deliver five core services Project Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying, Health & Safety and Monitoring Surveying & Due Diligence. Our additional services include Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration and Party Wall services.

At Stace, we believe that there are very few other professions which present an opportunity to create and influence the environment around us and leave a lasting legacy for future generations. We are proud to have delivered and be involved in leading projects across the UK.

From our inception over 60 years ago, the aim was to deliver exceptional services to our clients, working in partnership with them to understand their goals and provide a measurable difference to their projects. This aim continues to be the core of our DNA and is testament to 85% of our services being delivered through client retention.
