We have more than 25 Years’ experience of providing services via framework agreements to both public and private clients, including but not limited to, Merton Council, Orbit Housing, Mitie and Surrey Council. We deliver a bespoke service focussed on listening closely to the client and designing and installing systems which perfectly match their needs.
Peter Sidney has overseen Stealth for 17 years and oversees marketing and business development. Our marketing activity is built on word-of-mouth and strategic relationship building resulting from the high standard of work we deliver in line with our ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management system. Our approach has been extremely effective in building a large network of clients in the public, third and private sector whilst enabling managed growth. Understanding, documenting and carrying out asset verification processes and procedures through compliant logbook implementation provides our clients with up-to-date system and asset information. Our services can limit risk creating an easier and safer environment to manage responsibility and to highlight risks associated with the systems installed or changes to the premises.
Our helpdesk is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Web based technology enables us to track the progress of all jobs; from the initial contact through to completion on maintenance visits, reactive and project works.
Our engineers and technicians are trained on the products we offer and to the current British & European Standards we operate to in our specialised field of Fire Safety and Security systems.
We operate and maintain Open, Managed & Closed Protocol Systems across all Fire Safety & Security system disciplines.
