Tanbry Construction Ltd is a privately owned traditional general building contractor of 31 years standing. With a strong reputation and proven track record, we have a long history of delivering projects of a good quality on time and within budget. We have based our business on working towards strong relationships with our clients based on trust that gives confidence to reward repeat orders. We endeavour to have transparent dialogue with our client at every stage of the project and aim to respond quickly to any requests and requirements. We have a full compliment of time served tradesmen that gives us maximum control over labour quality and sufficient manpower to ensure projects are effectively managed and resourced. Our own labour forms the nucleus of our workforce ably assisted by various sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time. All site management and administrative support are very well experienced in contract and cost management in our chosen fields which latterly over the last 10 years has focused on new build social housing, education and healthcare. We have maintained environmental responsibility to minimise waste and recycle materials and use sustainable practices involving durable approved materials with the best warranties and life spans. Our designs incorporate the latest EPC rated products using air and ground source heat pumps and pv renewable energy. We have a directly employed full time health and safety officer permanently monitoring site welfare and practices to current legislation and also managing a comprehensive training matrix to ensure full compliance to current legislation.
