We are a specialist condensation, mould and ventilation survey and repairs resource that is slanted from a Document F Building Ventilation Regulatory Compliance position. We cross check the property’s current or existing ventilation strategy versus the current standards. This can be key when in legal disrepair or whilst trying resolve condensation and mould in existing residential dwellings.

Existing extraction systems, where possible will have their air flow readings logged as part of our survey and ventilation review; the results are documented with photographs and any mould is photographed and logged at the survey stage.

We have partnered installation service that allow us to offer a full service package. We are able to purchase products from all of the ventilation manufacturers allowing us to cherry pick the products that are the very best for each situation which benefits everyone in the chain as we are not seeking to sell any particular brand or product.

In addition we also offer a 3 stage mould treatment, this includes a wash down, mould sterilisation and mould redecoration using 2 coats of industry leading mould inhibiting paint. Treatments have ‘before and after’ pictures compiled into a report as attached for your reference.

We are currently working with various Social Housing providers in London and the South East.
