Lift Consultancy
Our Lift Consultancy team provides independent technical and commercial advice to building owners, asset managers and project stakeholders. Services include asset condition surveys, lifecycle planning, maintenance strategy reviews, contractor performance assessment, modernisation specifications, tender support, project oversight and portfolio-wide asset management advice.
Our consultants include Chartered Engineers and experienced vertical transportation specialists, with qualifications ranging from degree to MSc level. Their expertise helps clients make informed decisions on performance, investment, risk and contractor accountability.

Statutory Inspection (LOLER)
TÜV SÜD’s Lifts, Cranes & Conveyors division provides independent statutory inspection services to help ensure lifting equipment remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose. We are a UKAS-accredited ISO/IEC 17020 Type A Inspection Body, a SAFed member, and an experienced provider of LOLER Thorough Examinations and Written Schemes of Examination.
Our inspections provide clear defect identification, transparent reporting and practical recommendations to support Duty Holder compliance. They are carried out by specialist lift Engineer Surveyors with qualifications ranging from NVQ Level 3 to degree level.
