Unity Housing Support is a trusted provider of high-quality accommodation and tailored support services, operating across London and the South East since 2021. Our mission is to provide safe, secure and sustainable housing for vulnerable individuals and families, helping them stabilise and move towards independence.

Since our inception, we have delivered supported housing on a non-commissioned basis, responding quickly to rising housing need. Over four years, we have grown into an established organisation with a diverse portfolio of HMOs, self-contained flats and family accommodation. Working in partnership with local authorities, landlords and community agencies, we provide practical housing solutions that address shortages while supporting positive outcomes.

Compliance and safeguarding underpin everything we do. We maintain robust systems covering gas, electrical, fire and legionella safety, alongside HHSRS standards, structured tenancy management and responsive repairs. Every property is subject to thorough checks to ensure it is safe and fit for purpose. Safeguarding is central to our culture, led by an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead and supported by clear policies aligned with statutory guidance. All staff are DBS-checked and trained in trauma-informed, person-centred practice.

We combine strong property management with meaningful support. Our teams maintain structured contact with residents, assisting with benefits, budgeting, tenancy sustainment and engagement with health and community services. This integrated approach reduces tenancy breakdown, promotes wellbeing and supports local authority objectives to relieve homelessness pressures.

Governance and accountability remain key strengths. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Through safer recruitment, internal audits and regular policy reviews, we maintain high operational standards. Our leadership team brings extensive experience across housing, compliance and strategic delivery, enabling us to operate at scale.

We are now expanding further into temporary accommodation and preparing for regulated supported living provision. This reflects both our ambition and our proven ability to meet evolving community needs.
