At the heart of our delivery is a dedicated team of in-house service engineers, each trained to high industry standards and experienced in managing complex mechanical plant. Our engineers regularly work on commercial gas-fired boiler systems ranging from 70kW to 1000kW, ensuring safe, compliant, and energy-efficient performance across our clients’ estates. Their capability is enhanced by close collaboration with our partner JN Building Services, who provide specialist support in controls and electrical services, enabling WEMCO to offer an integrated solution for plant room operation and BMS functionality.

Our operations are underpinned by third-party accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety). These certifications demonstrate our commitment to service excellence, sustainability, and safe working practices throughout our business. In addition, WEMCO is fully registered with Gas Safe, REFCOM, and The Legionella Control Association.

Professionalism and client confidence are central to how we operate: all our engineers are enhanced DBS-checked, uniformed, and arrive on-site in WEMCO-branded vehicles. We offer a 24/7 emergency call-out service with flexible response times to suit specific contract needs. Our office-based technical support team is always on hand to provide advice, scheduling support, and escalation management when required.
