Tendering Opportunities
The Procurement Act 2023 (the Act) came into effect on 24th February 2025. Most of our procurement activities were tendered prior to this date, and as such, are governed by the 2015 Public Contracts Regulations, including the post-contract management of these arrangements. Any call-off contracts from existing framework agreements established before 24th February 2025 will also be subject to the 2015 regulations.
ProcurePublic’s framework tender processes are carried out via our own e-tendering portal. To participate in a tender, you must first register. For our DPS, a direct link to the form can be found on the DPS tender page (found below).
Once a tender opportunity is available, you can register your interest and submit all required documentation and supporting information via the portal, by the specified deadline. Our procurement team will assess all tenders received against the outlined criteria and make an award, which may be to one or more suppliers, as appropriate. The outcome will be communicated to all tenderers.
Suppliers awarded to the framework will then be available for clients to Call-Off.
